  • You are an Otter Vets Client;

  • You have enquired about Otter Vets, or a service we offer, via any our website or direct email; and/or

  • You have opted in to an Otter Vets email subscriptions, or similar.

If you believe you received an email from us in error or none of the above apply to you, please let our Data Controller know as soon as possible.

Changing your contact details and preferences.

You can change or update your contact details at anytime* by contacting us directly via email, telephone or by visiting us.

If you wish to change the way we contact you (your preferred contact preference*), please let us know.

Stop receiving emails from Otter Vets.

Should you decide you no longer want to receive emails from Otter Vets, please contact our Data Protection Manager.*

IMPORTANT: If you are a client at Otter Vets, we may need to contact you by email for a wide range of reasons from information about your animals health to invoices, for instance. As a client, you may not be able to stop receiving all emails from Otter Vets - our Data Protection Manager will be able to assist you further.
