Terms and Conditions
*Vaccination (flu and/or tetanus as required), routine dental, sedation and health check must all be done at the same area or yard visit. Must be booked at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability. If the routine dental is to be performed at any time other than the vaccination visit, a separate visit charge will be charged and is not included in plan. Dental routine only, does not include extractions, complex procedures or further investigations.  Sedation as required for dental treatment only.
** Applies to own brand supplements as stocked by the veterinary practice. Subject to availability.
*** Lifetime medication discount only available on a prescribed list of medication, please speak to your veterinary practice for further information.
